Allison is the Founder and Director of Pathways Support Services. 

12 years industry experience and personal family experience has built her passion and drive to make a difference in the lives of people with disability and their families. Her career has included running her own large organisation providing supported accommodation, to developing and running a day service and creating a lawn care business that helped people with disabilities gain skills.  Pathways Support Services’ intention is to stay small deliberately to ensure it does not lose its personal touch and continue to be able to provide quality supports.

Allison is also an auditor under the Human Services Quality Standards and the National Disability Practice Standards, and a proud committee member who coordinates the Redlands Disability Network.   She passionate about providing quality care and believe in a personalised but professional approach. Her team provide supports to four SIL homes and community access clients we chose to keep the service small to provide that personalised approach for our clients.

Allison and her team are committed to working together to provide Supported Independent Living that clients are proud to call “home”. 

Amanda is passionate about clients reaching their goals and living their life the way they want to. 

She is the first point of contact for clients, stakeholders, families, guardians and staff (support workers). Amanda also works from the houses several times a week, which allows her to provide ongoing mentorship and support to staff.
